Nordstrom to Open Third Rack Outlet in Denver

(For Immediate Release) 

March 11, 2010- Nordstrom, Inc. will open a Nordstrom Rack outlet store in Denver, Colorado on March 25th, 2010.

The 40,000 square foot store is located in the heart of the Colorado Boulevard retail corridor at 1505 S. Colorado Boulevard. It will be the Seattle retailer’s third Rack location in Colorado, along with a store at Flatiron Marketplace in Broomfield and one near Park Meadows Mall in Douglas County. The fourth Colorado Nordstrom Rack location is scheduled to open Fall of 2010 in a 35,000 square foot space located in Lakewood’s Belmar Shopping Center.

The company also operates three Nordstrom full-line stores in the state. Joe David and Philip Hicks of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage represented Nordstrom in the transaction.
