The David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage story started in November 1998 when Philip Hicks took his 10 years of brokerage experience and propelled it into the establishment of a new company. His vision was to provide unparalleled services to retailers and property owners in all facets of retail real estate. Shortly after the start of his new company, long-time associate Joe David joined Philip Hicks to form the partnership "David Hicks Brokerage." For the past 10 years, David Hicks Brokerage made it their priority to serve clients with the highest level of customer service, and with a vision that supported the short- and long-term goals of each client.
Most recently, David Hicks Brokerage merged with Lampert Properties to form David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage (DHLB). The managing members of DHLB have worked together on several successful developments and have completed more than 8,000 retail leases valued at more than $4 billion.
David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage will continue to serve the developers, owners, and retailers and restaurants of Colorado, and nationwide, with expert planning and proven expertise.
