Career
With over 18 years of experience in retail real estate Erik brings a broad spectrum of expertise to David Hicks & Lampert Brokerage. Erik joined DHLB in April of 2011 from Developers Diversified Realty in Cleveland, Ohio where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Leasing-Development. During his tenure at DDR Erik was responsible for the pre-leasing and leasing of the Development pipeline throughout the United States working with all aspects of development and re-development. In addition he handled key tenant such as Kohl’s Department Stores, Cinemark Theaters, Regal Theaters, and AMC Cinemas throughout the DDR portfolio. Prior to Developers Diversified, Erik served as a Vice President of Leasing for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust overseeing the Leasing of the company’s Southern Division comprised of over 12 regional malls. Erik also served as a Senior Real Estate Representative for GAP Inc. responsible for the real estate site selection for all GAP Inc. brands including Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy stores in Maryland, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and West Virginia.
