Blu Note signed a lease for 7,000 SF at University Hills Plaza and will open in September of 2012.

World of Beers has leased 2,800 SF at the City Set project at Cherry Creek Drive & Colorado Blvd.  They will be opening in the Spring of 2013.

The Denver Academy of Ballet is opening a studio at Cherry Knolls in Centennial, CO.

There are three new tenants coming to the Streets at Southglenn – Chic-fil-A and Cafe Rio are coming in mid 2013 and Adorn Me, a store specializing in jewelery, accessories, sculptures and original paintings is coming soon!

Yogurtland has opened a store in the Hampden Crossing Shopping Center in Aurora.  Mike Lapporte of DHLB represented the Landlord in the transaction for 1,500 SF.
