Career
Jacob joined David, Hicks and Lampert Brokerage in 2005 upon completion of both an undergraduate Accounting Degree and an MBA from Utah State University. While at David, Hicks and Lampert Brokerage, he has represented many Landlords and Tenants on a wide array of projects/properties. Jacob has vast expertise and strength in financial analysis, landlord representation, and negotiating lease and sales transactions. In addition to his work at David, Hicks and Lampert, Jacob serves on the board for both ICSC Next Gen and NAIP Developing Leaders, for which he is responsible for planning professional events and seminars.
