Hagan Named Partner at David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage

DENVER-Dec. 21, 2007—David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage, a leading retail real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that Scott A. Hagan has been named as an additional partner to the firm. Hagan will join DHLB managing partners Joe David, Philip Hicks and Allen Lampert. He has been with David/Hicks Brokerage for the three years.

With more than 21 years of real estate experience in Colorado, Hagan specializes in landlord and tenant representation and has vast experience in pad user sales/leases. During his career, Hagan has identified and consummated more than 150 big box retail locations throughout the United States. His retailer relationships have included Best Buy, The Sports Authority, Office Depot, Hobby Lobby, Krispy Kreme Donuts and Famous Footwear. Hagan began his real estate career working with his family's retail sporting goods business.

Hagan has his Broker's license from the State of Colorado and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
