Career
After an extensive career in the securities industry as an institutional trader and equity research analyst, Michael began his real estate career in 1997. Michael has significant experience in landlord and tenant representation, site selection, real estate investment analysis, and a thorough knowledge of development planning and entitlement dynamics. Additionally, he specializes in complex lease and contract transaction negotiations, and is an expert at focused real estate marketing. He has completed nearly $500 million in transactions in his 10+ year career.
