Career
Scott A. Hagan became a partner of David Hicks & Lampert Brokerage in 2008 and has specialized in retail leasing, land sales and tenant representation in the Front Range markets of Colorado since 1986. Dealing on both the national and local levels, Scott has an unparalleled level of success in locating sites for national retail box tenants, restaurant chains, automotive retailers and many other retailers.
Scott is responsible for the completion of more than 125 lease transactions throughout the Front Range and western United States with retail box tenants totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. Scott has developed major market entry or repositioning strategies for retailers such as Sports Authority, Office Depot, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, CSK Auto, 24 Hour Fitness, Bridgestone/Firestone, Ace Hardware and Famous Footwear. In addition, he has secured various retail land development sites as well as disposition and lease listings totaling over 1,500,000 square feet.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Scott was originally involved in a family retail sporting goods chain of seven stores where he learned all fundamental aspects of retailing. Being a Denver area native gives Scott an excellent knowledge of the Denver Metropolitan Market, including the entire Rocky Mountain Region.
